Same problem here with TT C-1500 (cam+ci also).

I am getting no audio/video error very often and also picture stutters all the time.
I have tried everything to get off stuttering but nothing works.
I think best solution is to change new card...

Uups sorry...
My problems is in "Normal" MediaPortal not TV-Server...
Anyway this TV-Server didn't work me either...
I got picture when i tried it but ... I could not change channels without errors etc so i give it up.
I think that there is some problems with technotrend BDA drivers...
My tt c-1500 works fine with WDM drivers but if i use BDA drivers picture stutters. No matter what fronend i use. ( I have tried MediaPortal, TT own software, DVBViewer, Gbpvr, Meedio etc). None of those don't work...
Also i have changed my graphic card and motherboard + processor.
I think i will buy digibox with recording included...

Interesting.
I had "normal" MediaPortal working OK. I had to try with couple of different display drivers (for ATI Radeon 9600XT). With some drivers I had CPU load allways at 100% when watchin TV. But when I found correct driver, everything worked OK. Chanching channel was a bit slow, but I could live with it.

Hi,

with "normal" MP verythink works fine. I have the problem with "can not start timeshift, no audio/video detected" only with the TVengine.

By me in "normal" MP all works perfect. Fast channel Change ect.

Are you using BDA Version 4.4.10.17 (11.08.06) or older one?
I am using this version but don't know whats wrong and what is causing this stuttering picture.

Hmmm...
Just a quick question... Previous TT BDA drivers there was a problem that QAM128 did not worked at all.
Then those new drivers came which supports QAM128.
My all channels uses QAM128 and I was just wondering that what is your QAM?
Is this stuttering problem occuring only if one is using QAM128?
So this might be a driver problem?
If you can check out what QAM you all are using and report it over here.
I read something from this forum that people says that they have stuttering tv with QAM128.
Just want to know to be sure if this is a TT driver problem.

QAM is for DVB C Modulation
QPSK is for DVB S Modulation
8PSK, 16APSK or 32APSK is for DVB S2 HDTV Modulation
OFDM is for DVB T Modulation

Visionsurfer used DVBS and this is QPSK ;-)

    Hi,

i tested today (26.11) with the newest SVN from the tvengine and from MP.
But i have everytime the error message "Can not start timeshift, no video/audio detected".

If i use MP "normal" everythink works fine.

    I use two DVB-S Technotrend Cards: TT-budget S-1401
I use the newest driver from TT: 4.4.10.18

Maybe someone can fix this problem ?

    See my logs in attachment.

I have exactly the same problem.

I use the TechnoTrend TT-budget S-1102 with the driver 4.4.10.17.
The server runs with Windows 2003 Enterprise (SP1 and Updates).

The card is connected to a quad LNB (so far only this card is connected to the LNB)!
If I do Manual Control the server says: No Video/Audio detected.
If I click a Channel in MP the Server seems to start timeshifting but then aborts with no error. MP say "Unable to start Timeshifting, No Video/Audio detected".

The same machine installed with XP and MP works fine with the card.

My Logs will be available around 8:30 pm.

    Greetings,

    Dieter!
