A problem occurred when you scanned for channels at about 7pm. Basically bad timing. You had a schedule set to record at around the same time. The scan and schedule recording processes fought over the tuners, and they both lost.
Restart the TV service and everything should work again.

Unfortunately, I don't have any ideas what the problem might be. :(
Perhaps someone else will post with some suggestions. :unsure:
