As I can see that there has a subtitle been downloaded from podnapisi before trying to get the one for New Girl I assume you have defined english as the subtitles language? If not and the one for Arrow was in German please check in your config if english is set to true.
Edit: Please forget what I wrote before. I just checked and noticed that opensubtitles isn't working any more for me either...

TV Server plugins are listed on this page, and "EPG Cleaner" can be downloaded from this page.
