One Button Random Music? (2 Viewers)

If I load https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...on-random-music-48751/index19.html#post421446 I have version 1.5, but if I load MEDIAPORTAL - free media center - OneButtonMusic I have Version 1.0. With both versions I have the problems with the keys (MS RC6)

Works without any problems. there has been no change at all in MP, which would affect the work of OneButtonMusic.

Maybe one of your playlists has a defect?

Great plugin! I use it a lot, and now my wife uses the HTPC, instead of her old cd player.

I have added two options to the original code (little changes), and was thinking that maybe I could send the patch to you, in order to integrate them with the "official" code. Maybe they are not the most useful functions, but I use them, and I think it should be better to integrate them than to keep a parallel development.

Tell me what do you think.

sure, you could even have svn write access to the mp-plugins section, so you could update it yourself.
either way, just pm me the patch or your sourceforge id, if you want update yourself

The changes (the plugin will be upgraded soon):

- An option to only play "current playlist" when pressing the play button. It is useful to me because if I'm playing a CD, and it stops for any reason, you can play it again easilly. It is useful also with my plugin "AutoSavePlaylist". This plugins loads the default playlist at startup, so I have only to press Play to begin playing the current playlist, even if I have restarted the HTPC

- The second change... only added an option to enable to assign a random list of songs with a key number (you could only assign the "play" to that option). As I use the play button for the current playlist, I needed other buttons to map the random songs!

As you see, few changes, but maybe useful for someone. They are for me!

just integrated your changes into the module and commited to svn. you should retrieve the updated version, so that you have also the changes from Matt included, which he did a while ago.

Somehow the access to submit a new version is blocked for me. i need to wait for unlocking by our admin and then i'll upload the new version
