Bah. Excuse me getting insane. i was mixing it up with a different thread.

    use the Core.dll from here

But please, if you get some funny errors, don't report them. try to see, if they occur with the original core as well.

Is it right that I cannot see the playlist or the "playing now" of the 100 random songs? I only can hear them ;)

    nicx...

btw: grat plugin so far, but without remote-fix I cannot use it ;)

My remote is working fine (iMon remote). Do you have the latest version? Also, you can go to My Music and "Current playlist" to see the 100 random songs and to the "Now playing" to see that screen too.....

the remote problem is already confirmed and i am not alone ;)

    Hi,

it should go in plugins - process folder within Mediaportal folder and then you'll need to enable it in the Mediaportal config program under process plugins.

    Thanks

Thanx for core.dll, but I cant use this core.dll because I ame also using patched core.dll with non-linear stretching. Its possible to compile this two patched core.dll to one with both functions (one music button remote patch + non-linear stretching)? RC4 versions.
Maybe I am not only one with this problem.

New Version will appear soon in Download Area.

    1. AutoShuffle Playlist Option is used, when set in the Music Playlist options

    2. Config Dialogue now has a second Tab, where you can assign simple condition to every numeric button of the remote (0 - 9)
Selection is possible for "Genre", "AlbumArtist" and "Artist"

e.g. on Button 1 i have "Genre" -> "Christmas", so my wife can play all our christmas sings wit one touch.

Just specify the value you want to search, the pugin will append the necessary sql search pattern.

This works great. Just one comment.....Is it possible to auto shuffle the playlist when option 2 is used? Eg when I assign numeric button 1 to be "Dance" I get my dance tracks but they are added as whole albums at a time and so I get a lot by the same artist one after the other.

In the config, maybe you could have a check box next to each numeric button for the option to randomise that playlist? Just a thought.

Otherwise, this is a brilliant plugin and should be added to the final release!!

    Cheers,
    Colin

i verified and it is always shuffling, when the shuffle is turned on, no matter which option you choose

But I don't want to auto shuffle all playlists. In fact my manally defined playlists are created in a deliberate order of tracks and so it would be nice to have a feature in this plugin which would shuffle just the playlists created by this plugin. I hope this would be a small addition and perhaps one that a few others might want? Especially if users have thier own playlists which they do not want shuffled all the time (like me). Sorry to be awkward ;0) I think with a shuffle option on this plugin it would make it very versitile and would make it complete :0)

    Cheers,
    Colin

small spelling error in configuration form.

"paylist" should say ... "playlist" hahaha cause it is still FREE,right? just kidding.

great plugin, although i still have to manage the "feel free" option to work with all my music and not just playlist files
