The missing TitanOnlineVideosOSD.xml should be part of your skin. Did you install Titan Extended?
You have installed an old version of OnlineVideos. Where did you download this? You should get the 2.1.0.0 using MPEInstaller or go to the OnlineVideos download page. When you install this version you can select to install the Titan skin files (selected by default).
