Only get the free to air channel (1 Viewer)

How i can reslove this?

I have a firedtv and conax cam.
Hee see al channels but only the free to air channel is green and the other channels are red.

I have digitenne( dvb-t) from kpn.

Nothing needs to be fixed there. Scrambled channels are marked red, FTA are green. That's just an information and doesn't mean you cannot use them. If you got further problems, use the support template, please.

Do they work in MyTheatre? Please supply more information using the support template. Maybe someone is able to help you then.
