I`ve got the same problem.
Is it something with framework? I have 2.0, 3.0 and 3.5 installed is 1.1 needed for this DLL?

I read on Freeware PiipTv XMLTV / IPTV plugin for Mediaportal & Nokia N95 that PiipTV coming to NOKIA N900. Thats a great news.

11.8.2010 MediaPortal 1.1.0 and VLC 1.1.2 NOW SUPPORTED!!!

Based on requests, MP 1.1.0 and VLC 1.1.2 are now supported!

But i have a problem: i get an error when updating the video feed in my nokia 5800: no correct data.

So it works on pc (via webui) but not in my phone... Any hints?

First quess is that program data xml (EPG) has some special char that nokia phone does not accept.

Check that XML and if you find some ä ö å é this type character change that manually with notepad to eg e or a and try again?

If you find that char which is causing issues send that info to me and i can 'blacklist' / 'convert' that automatically in next plugin version

Or send whole epg.xml to me
