I've just tried PureVisonHD and PureVisionHDxmas and whilst they look great, with both I've found it gets stuck on the RSS button and there's no way to get back onto the main Home list with my remote, so I have to use my mouse (which strangely doesn't show it's pointer when I move it from my monitor to my TV, which it does with StreamedMP)

Well, it does not stuck. If you go up from RSS button, then the first button in horizontal menu has focus (normally the TV Menu button), and from there you can go down again into the TV menu or go left or right to choose another menu button ;)

It totally did stick, but I wasn't on the horizontal home menu, I had the old vertically scrolling one showing. Don't know how I got to that from the horizontal menu and couldn't find a way back to the horizontal menu either.

    Hi Catavolt,

:D for the World Weather-plugin skin updates.

If you have created a custom layout with the editor I think it's not necessary to delete it and recreate it to get the right links to the World Weather plugin.

In my case it was sufficient to change the Window-ID to the new value (7977 in my case) in the advanced settings of the menu item.
This has to be done for both the main menu entry ("Weather") as well as for the sub-menu entry (also "Weather").

    Kind regards

    Roger

Hi doveman, could not reproduce that error. Could you please give a step-by-step explanation how the cursor got stuck?

    Hi catavolt

I just tested again (with PureVisionHD Blue) and it goes like this:

MP starts and goes to the EPG (I use MPStartIt for that)
I press Home on my remote and it goes to the Home screen (the one with the vertical list only). The Home Screen settings in MP Config are set to "Classic and Basic, prefer Classic"
I press left on my remote and it goes to the RSS button

From there I can't get back onto the Home menu list with my remote. If I press Back on my remote it takes me back to the previous screen (EPG) and if I then press Home again it takes me back to the Home screen with the cursor still stuck on the RSS button. Only by using my mouse can I "unlock" it and access the menu list again.

Hopefully the attached logs will help you.

Hi doveman and all affected by a cursor stuck on RSS button on Home screens:
Pls download the ZIP file for your skin and copy/overwrite the included xmls in the skin folder of your PVHD skin.
    :D for your findings ;)
