Hi tamvegas, you´re right, the Internet submenu won´t work when the first item (in this case BrowseTheWeb) is not installed/enabled. That is a skin engine issue (I use a grouped horizontal stack layout, which should automatically "move" the items into the correct order).
The other thing about the Home menu: This is a required part of MP, and is used to access plugins which are not in the BasicHome menu. In MPConfig->GUI you can even specify, which menu you would like to display as standard menu when starting MP.

H machaman, normally you should not see these when no LatestMediaHandler is installed/enabled. Will have a look ;)

Yup, found the reason. I did a test disabling the Latest Media Handler, and I don´t see anything for TVSeries, TVRecordings, MyFilms and MovingPictures, only the Music latest media is shown as you showed in your screenshot. Will have to ask cul8er for that ;)

Wrong. All sites selected are green, all unselected white. Active sites have green button, inactive red, reported as malfunctioning have yellow button.

If I may interrupt ;) I was not talking about the pin icon in the front, but the text color of the item itself. And here it matters if a site is in your local list or not. If it is local, the item is marked as "played" and should be shown with the respective color. In DefaultWide it is Yellow.

The pin in fromt only marks if a site is broken(red circle), reported(yellow circle) or working(green circle), no matter if you have it locally in your list or not.
