Hi Catavolt,

After updating to PVHD1080 5.3 I have a problem:
After the "loading messages" I don't see the MP screen. The process is up (task manager), and I can here the audio clicks when pressing buttons on my remote or keyboard. However all I can see is my desktop.

Attached are the log files indicating some error I don't understand.

Hi lebovitz, from your error.log I see that there is a problem with the LCD driver and DirectX initiating the fonts.
Best way is to install PVHD 1080 5.3, then restart your computer.

Yes... That solved the problem.

Can this feature be added to the skin installation (i.e. "Installation finished, please restart you computer for changes to take effect")?

lebovitz, the problem you encountered is not a very common one.
But with every installation it´s simply a good idea to restart the system

Sorry to see the "curtain" go completely but personally I think it was the right thing to do.

Thanks for the fixes to my small list. However, (and there's always a "however" isn't there ), the Radio Guide is working but the "channel group" label isn't positioned correctly (see attached). Also, is it possible to have the option to have a border around the selected item like you can with the TV Guide?

"Studio label" is fixed in DialogVideoInfo but I notice that it still overruns if you view the movie details by pressing right on a movie in list view (see attached).

The border around the selected program in Radio is not implemented yet in Skin Engine.
The other issues will be fixed soon

Hi catavolt,

I've found another minor positioning issue (see attached). Odd thing is if I change the video the view (say from coverflow to list), the overlay vanishes. Even changing back to the original view doesn't bring it back. However, if I navigate back to the home screen and then back into videos, the overlay once again appears. Same applies to the music plugin too (and probably others).

Also, I've noticed that on Basic home in default (and coverart) theme, if you don't have "World Weather" installed you can't navigate down to highlight the RSS feed button. I know, install World Weather . Anyway thought I'd mention it.

Similarly, if you have "Browse the Web" installed but the Info Service disabled you cannot navigate to the "Browse the Web" button. Again, I guess the answer is "don't disable the Infoservice" .

Hi Catavolt

There's a 1.3a compatible version of MyFilms out now, so it would be great if you could update PVHD's skin files for it when you get a chance

At the moment it shows in the Home Menu as just Movies, so if you could change that to MyFilms that'd be great as well as it can get a bit confusing with MovingPictures, etc as well
