Well, I hope this is a temporary workaround for test, I posted this not for me but, for all users, I hope you understand.
You want tests then, you have it (from a dev)

For Moving Pictures, your workaround is working :

But, not for TV-Series plugin :
I suppose because of # variable #(L(1300) one

And, if you have a doubt of my change in the xml file for this :

If I remember correctly, MovPics, TVSeries, mvCentral has a property for a changed name.

Well, if you ask me (MP dev side) :
Plugin names can be modified.
Workaround is not absolutely in skinners hands.
If MP give this possibility and also, give the classic home and basic home skin ability.
Then, we have first, to check is properties are filled correctly in all proposed cases...

Can you give me more informations please ?
I found something in ..\plugins\ShortCuter&SkinEditor\Source (plugin svn trunk) but nothing in MediaPortal code.
I'm on hollidays, I use my 4G mobile phone data for upload some pictures on this forum then, if you can help a bit more, I could keep some MB to post here (or not) if you want (or not)

IMHO yes, Similar properties should be in MovPics and in TVSeries ...

My mvCentral support 1.23Pre ... Original not ...

Take a look at the "official" OSD, it seems like "red dot" is not very "user friendly" :

But, with the big OSD (not integrated in MP Stock one) what do you think about ?
