So here the fix - copy the content of the ZIP file into your PVHD folder (just overwrite), clear the skin cache and restart MP
Now it should look as shown on the right side of the screenshot above

Hi catavolt,
as a small contribution to your first-class PureVisionHD skin, I would like to present my additions for the game Tetris.
Essentially, the following considerations have been implemented:

• To make the level progression more interesting and increase the fun of the game, the side lines of the playing field have different colors from level to level, which are based on the Tetris logo
• The color intensity of the lines can be permanent or pulsating
• For better visibility and highlighting of the following tiles on the top right, I have designed a color-matched arrow graphic that indicates the respective level with numbers
• When a new high score is reached, a banner surrounded by small Tetris bricks is displayed on the left and a ticker is also shown at the bottom of the screen, which disappear again after a certain time. In addition, the info line for "Highscore" in the top left corner turns blue
• Additional buttons at the top left can be used to control the display of the side lines of the playing field and the high score
• I have attached a preview image of the conversion of the skin. In addition, the required files can be easily downloaded with the attached installer.

I am very pleased about that.
Until then, everyone who likes to play tetris is of course invited to try out the installer.
Regarding the underlying sound effects, I noticed that only the "MyTetris.Knock.wav" and the "MyTetris.Line.wav" are used during the game, the "MyTetris.Level.wav" and "MyTetris.Block.wav" are not audible. The "Mediaportal.xml" also contains the entry <entry name="music">no</entry>, which could indicate the possible inclusion of a background melody. It would be nice to be able to activate the additional soundfiles and possibly also the original background melody in the game.
Since Tetris is firmly integrated into the Mediaportal code, perhaps a dev could activate these options?

Unfortunately not
The tag <entry name="music"> depends on the corresponding <section> in which it is located and has nothing to do with background music, but always refers to the plugin MyMusic
