[solved] Q: thumbnail creation for Pictures plugin (1 Viewer)

In log i see:

[2020-09-17 16:07:30,266] [Error  ] [GetVideoThumb Thumbnail] [ERROR] - Utils: An error occured creating folder CreateTileThumb: Ongeldige parameter.

Strange error, i can try to look where this error fired, but i can make test library only for 1.26Pre ...

I dont know why Invalid parameter appears in Bitmap.Save ... @doskabouter, @azzuro, @Sebastiii ... any ideas?

what skin is used?
in the skin folder : this file is present? \media\previewbackground.png
can you test the 1.26 Pre release, include change on ffmpeg, which can be the issue if codec is not supported by ffmpeg 2.7.1
