Thanks! That was my thoughts ass well. If I rewind live TV 15 seconds the picture is fine untill the recording catches up with live TV again.
Is there any other smart methods to get smooth playback on live TV with 25 fps on 60Hz display?
I'm watching PAL television material with 50 Hz TV. Also with this setup and reclock the result is not good with live TV - sometimes the lip sync gets terrible. Is there any chance to get live TV without any dropped frames?

Live tv works on my HTPC without dropped frames So yes it is possible, but hard to say what is source for the dropped frames / stuttering on some specific systems.
Reclock isn't designed to work with livetv and most likely channel changes are confusing it's internal logic and cause lip sync errors or even stuttering. So Reclock shouldn't be used for live tv.
