Yep, that is why it didnt work. Didnt SAF tells you durning install that your Win7 OS is not supported? :)

I need similar screenshot to support you OS: https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...2-h-264-vc-1-a-44614/index342.html#post527213

Win 7 Swedish

Hm, lets hope "ö" is standard ASCI character...

EDIT
So, please try saf400beta22test2.exe and report :)

No luck, it still uses Mpeg4s Decoder DMO. And i have postprocessing enabled in FFDShow.

OK, send new saf logs.
I am fraid "ö" is the problem here :(

BTW - did you restart after SAF install?

Yes i restarted after install. I think you should med able to use ö as a ascii character, but i do not think it's standard.

As you can see, you OS is detected now: "OS: Windows 7 Home Premium (sv-SE) x64 (7) C:\Windows"
...i have no idea how to solve "ö" problem, sorry.

You can try some other tool to "unlock" Win7 registry manually, then reinstall SAF.

Here is problem: no go for "ö"
