Hm, i didnt know Win7 are sold as "translated". When i installed my Win7 installation, Windows update popup with all Language packs download. Maybe there is a way how to change it

hoborg I don't know exactly how you're processing the ö but I don't have any problem with that, even in Windows XP english :

(I can try in windows 7 french tonight if you want)

Ok if I do that in a .bat it fails... there must be a work around... I'm searching

Found the problem... It's because of that stupid old dos format.

You have to open your .bat with the Windows Wordpad and save the .bat as "Text File - MS DOS format".

Then it should work.

What is HD Audio passthrough? Is it only the passthrough with HDMI?

pass through the audio signal without decoding on the pc.
via HDMI or SPDIF (Optical / Digital toslink)

That is not that easy, becouse scripts are generated by installer. There are not any "BAT" files in SAF, that was only an example what is happening.

New is passthrough of HD audio (Dolby TrueHD, DTS HD and Dolby Digital Plus). Old AC3 and DTS was already supported.

Can't download languagepack in Home Premium, only in Enterprise and Ultimate.

As soon as I install SAF 4.00 B21 the configuration program of MP1.1 crashes at startup. MP itself seems to run fine and plays video and sound though. I copied a clvsd.ax from the PDVD8 to the root before installing.

Can anybody help me please? I included the SAF and filmerit logs. When I choose to bypass audio during the setup of SAF the above crash won't happen. But I'm a bit lost with this...

If passthrough is activated, I have to user postporcessind in mediaportal!

But could I do this with downmix too?

I want to switch via Soundswitch from Downmixing to Passthrough.... So I can't tale it out of postprocessing!
