    Hi Hoborg

Do you have any possible solution to this: https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/557747-post4367.html

Like playing VC-1 interlaced content with Cyberlink decoder inside MP.

Nope. By some reason Cyberlink refuse to decode any VC-1...

Cyberlink or ArcSoft decoders won't decode interlaced VC-1 unless their own splitter is in the graph.

    @easywatcher:

    Man, you have disabled PMs...

Now it worked. And most things work fine.
Even the HD videos in .mkv format now work in MP. But there is no sound for them.
    The .avi films work completely.

    Have I configured something wrong?

    Thanks for helping

I attached the screenshot of the working graph with MpegSplitter.ax and PDVD9 decoder.

Doesnt you enable audio passthrough durning SAF install?

Nope. By some reason Cyberlink refuse to decode any VC-1...

Are you sure it is interlaced VC-1? Can you provide small sample?

I have just done a few tests with the 4.10 experimental build playing all kinds of files over S/PDIF (DTS, DD, AAC, MP3, MPEG2, VC-1, x264, external subs, internal mkv subs etc.) and they all worked fine. Just to let you know ;)

I just wanted to take the time to thank you, hoborg. My mediaportal installation ist pretty much perfect now since I installed SAF. I actually accomplished the last thing on my list, which was playing all my Blu-Rays which I ripped to my hard disk inside of mediaportal without having to use Total Media Theatre. Everything works just fine now, even the Dolby True-HD and DTS Master audio tracks. All the HDTV channels are completely smooth and don't crash anymore.

I think most of the people just write something on here because they have a problem, not because they managed to solve a problem. So here it goes: thank you very much for all your work. It is very much appreciated!

    Hi Hoborg,

it is now working. Even my HD films are running amazingly smooth. Almost perfect.
The only problem left is that my HD films in .mkv format don't have a sound anymore. Everything else, including .avi files are running fine on video and audio.

any idea what the problem could be?

    thanks for helping me.
