I wrote to you that MPC-HC didn't support VP70 video format, so no support in SAF too.
You need to install comercial VP70 decoder - should be free, but it can mess you system.
Is there any way to get MPC Video Decoder for MPEG 2 video? All of the sudden it appeared.
I noticed that, when this was the case, my 1080 trailers (apple) were having sound! Then I updated to 1.0.1, and now it's gone again, and no sound in the 1080P trailers..
Yeah I didn't get it either. But it's true, I never have sound on my 1080P downloaded trailers (MOV).
All of the sudden I heard sound like normal, so I looked in the configuration screen, and MPC Video Decoder was selected for MPEG video, before it was ffdshow. So I guessed that was what giving me sound, how strange that might sound though.
After upgrading to 1.0.1 / SAF 3.47, I can't choose MPC for MPEG anymore, and the sound is gone.
It's like 50% of the trailers have this problem. Star Trek Trailer 3, doesn't have sound. Harry Potter 6 latest trailer, does have sound. With the trailer plugin, all the trailers that I have on my HDD that doesn't work, do work when I stream them in 720P, but streaming them in 1080P: same problem.
Sorry to ask, but i have 3 questions:
1º - With DXVA, can i have subtitles?
2º - Some HD movies that i have don't use DXVA, can i do anything, so that i can use DXVA in those movies?
3º - Is possible to know wich movies that i have in my HDD, use DXVA? Or, i have to open each one in MPC-HC and see?
