    Jippie, it is really working, for nearly exactly 30sec then the picture freezes
    Please check your TV codec configuration (MP Config -> codecs and renderer section -> TV codecs tab).

    Currently MP is using a mixture because you haven't saved any settings:

    This is really really bad!
    At minimum there are known problems with the MPEG Audio Decoder. You should never allow MP to use it.
    In my opinion codec settings should always be chosen before ever trying to use MP. If you don't do that, it's asking for trouble.

    is it constantly a break near the 30 secs?

    start wireshark leagacy as filter use rtsp and click apply
    then let it run

    now start tv Setup goto channels select on and click preview
    in wireshark should you see the rtsp Messages

    I am afraid it is not the codecs I set them all before testing.
    ...then please check the LAV video and audio config (you could attach screenshots if you like).
    Something is preventing them from being used at least for some (HD?) channels. When I've seen this in the past, the reason has either been the LAV config or a missing LAV dependency (eg. certain version of VC++ redistributable).

    The Wireshark trace requested by Kay could also be helpful.

    There is a "Destination unreachable (Port unreachable)"
    and then "TEARDOWN" which does not sound good ;-)
