Screensaver while reading lyrics (1 Viewer)

I configured MP to blank the screen after one minute of idle. Of course while watching TV this does not happen but unfortunately while reading lyrics.
Is there a way to disable it while showing the lyrics screen?

    Actually, I don't know. I will try to find a solution but a potential solution wont be included in the 1.10 release, which will be released soon.

    I have looked into this but unfortunately not found a working solution yet. By looking at the MP core code I thought that calling of GUIGraphicsContext.ResetLastActivity() at least once per 60 second would do the trick, but my screensaver is still activated. I also asked for help at the irc #mediaportal channel, but without any luck.

    Anybody reading has an idea how to disable the screensaver in the MyLyrics screen?

    @CyberSimian Sorry, I missed your last post. I ended up doing a clean install on the client and all is well now. It still doesn't let me go back in time when I change channels but it does continue operating from that point on. I'm ok with that. Thanks for your help!     When I first start watching a TV program the timeshift functions works perfectly. I can shift back and forth in time and it works...

    maybe setting loglevel to debug might pinpoint the difference between normal and stuck?
