Source code for MP and stramedMP skin (1 Viewer)

I have some programming knowledge, and i like to make some variation about MP. How and which program language is used for MP. Where can I find source code for MP and streamedMP skin?

For StreamedMP I did not exactly know. Skins are normally in XML but there are some binaries (dll) sometimes. You may ask in the StreamedMP section of this forum.

I see, that the skins are writen in XML. How this xml files programers create. I like to modificate home position in streamed MP, that they can start automatically with chosen video or TV stream.
