I am getting occasional lack of recording and I want to completely reset MP when resuming from Stand By.
I've written a batch file which turns off MP, waits 10 secs and then restarts it. This works fine when run manually and also when the PC is manually put to sleep and then restored via the keyboard (Using "Hibernate Trigger"). Unfortunately "Hibernate Trigger" does not trigger when MP causes the sleep action as opposed to manual shut down.
This Plug In seemed to be the answer but, when I tried it, it triggered the batch file on PC shut down even though the shut down line was either left blank, or a dummy batch file was entered. The batch file then hung part way through. Disabling the Plug in or leaving both lines blank restored the original operation.
Is there a simple answer to this or is this Plug In not compatible with 0.2.3.0 final release?
The batch file, choice.exe and pskill.exe have been located in the mediaportal folder and the shortcut to mediaportal is in c:\ root directory. By doing this I can easily control the opening windowstate from the shortcut file.
