Possibly an issue related to the windows font size? Do you use 96DPI or some custom one?

Love this skin, only have small issues.

3: TVgemist plugin gives me an error about a non existing XML file, but the changelog claims this skin supports it.
4: TVgemist plugin isn't in the StreamedMP editor either, so can't set it in the menu as option ( which i want)

I use the latest SVN and this version of the skin.

I can confitm that it's working fine with MP 1.0.1

Thanks for the update, excellent as always :)

Just one thing I noticed, I used to be able to bring up the OSD display (the one that shows timer-bar and program/video info) by moving my mouse to the bottom of the screen, this doesnt pop up anymore, only when I press the OSD button. Is this on purpose or just me?

[Update: The problem below is fixed with a zip file download here: http://www.4therecord.eu/forum/viewtopic.php?f=33&t=569]

I updated to MP 1.0.1, FTR 1.3.3, and most recently StreamedMP v0.8.448. Now the tv guide is blank. I noticed in teh 1st post of this thread that it says it's been updated to handle FTR 1.4, yet FTR 1.4 isn't available on the FTR forums. It's only mentioned as a work-in-progress and in planning stage. So I downloaded the link to the 1.3.3 XML file, which worked in so much as to allow me to see the current recordings I have. But it didn't do anything for the TV guide.

I cleared out the current tvguide.xml, downloaded and verified a new one, imported it, and verified that it looks totally normal within the FTR console.

The Mini TVGuide within Media Portal looks normal - all channels, all current programs.
My current recording schedule is workiig and it's recording normally.

The TV guide is blank - no programs listed and no channels either. All the buttons and frame/layout are there, just no contents apart from the top left button, which shows "SBS" or "ABC". If I use the up/down keys the button label changes to the next channel (ABC, SBS, 7, 9, 10, One, etc.) and if I go left/right and up/down randomly for a few dozen clicks, sometimes the proper EPG flashes up momentarily: I can see all the normal channels and programmes, but then it disappears again if I scroll some more.

[Update: Attached log directory. The error.log file shows all sorts of errors for tvguide but I can't deduce anything from them.]

    I have 2 comments ...

#1 - Did you change the FTR 1.3.3 binaries to the ones compatable with MP 1.0.1.0 (they are on the download page on FTR site), You can also look in the Bug Fixes/Community Fixes section of the StreamedMP forum, there are some FTR XML files/fixes in there which I can confirm work with 1.0.1.0 , they might not give you all the nice feature though :)

Edit: Link to the XMLs https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...-mods-bug-fixes-49484/index28.html#post396706

#2 - FTR 1.4 is available as a BETA for members who donate. If you enjoy FTR I suggest you donate and have access to the latest features to test :)

Bit lost with that guidance. Yes, I downloaded FTR 1.3.3 and the updated binaries for 1.0.1. I'm not sure it's really a problem with FTR, I think it's a problem with the skin. The logs will likely clarify where the issue is.

I don't want to be downloading xml files/fixes randomly; I do not want the living room pc to be a guinea pig/ beta box. The family had to put up with my constant fiddling, changing, and rebuilding for years and I'm over all that. I prefer to run "end releases", e.g. MP 1.0.0 -> 1.0.1 without using SVNs or betas.

Updating to MP 1.0.1 meant that I had to update StreamedMP skin, and I waited a couple of days until a new version of this skin that's compatable with MP 1.0.1 was released. So I really don't want to be fiddling around with changing individual files and trying this and that based on older forum postings.

I also don't want to be using FTR 1.4 beta (or any betas). Thanks for the suggestions and promotions though.

Understood. I had a look at the logs, I am no developer so all I can deduce is that alot of exceptions a being thrown by fortherecord.UI ... my suggestion would be to copy/paste your original post above onto the FTR forums :)

DotI is very quick at responding and will let you know if its the skin or not ...
