what type of videos?
how do you want to watch them?
Do you mean *real* streaming or just playing from one PC to the next?

The most basic setup would be to share the directories where the videos are on the PC with the videos and access them from the PC playing them, loading them directly into your media player.
Personnaly, I have such a setup, my media Center PC access videos from my server through Wireless LAN. I just shared the right drives and added shortcuts to those in the "My Videos" directory (place that Windows Media Center uses as origin). Works well enough.

Ok, thanks much. I will look into the instructions above. For the moment, I turned off the "Automatic channel logo update" in Settings (which somehow I had missed, I think because it wasn't an option previously), and the deleted everything in the Flat-default folder and populated it with my own logos. Works, so far.

I'm running 2.5 with the WMC skin. I have .mp4 files, along with the related .srt files in the same folder. I can watch the movies just fine. In past versions of MP, like 2.4x, I could press the More Info button on my remote twice, and on the second press, an option for showing/choosing the subtitles was listed. I'd select the...

MP1 MP2 1.38 Titan Skin Bug DE
I fixed the bug, the file menu should work again now! You just need to copy the attached DialogFile.xml to the Titan folder and the graphic files to the corresponding media folder! ;) There also seems to be a problem with the background displayed, which @ajs might be able to fix! ;)
