There will be one more small release shortly (for bug fixes), then need to fix a few bugs in the main SVN trunk after which we will release another build with support for seco's subtitle downloader.

    Hi Seco.
There seems to be problems with 0.9 and subscene. Tested gibmans release: It does not return all result (or find them)
If you look up heroes s04e12
it only returns [eng] heroes and 2x [eng] Heroes.s04E12.hdtv
missing: [da] heroes.412.hdtv-lol and 720p release.

Result see picture (moving pictures) I know that this dll perhaps don't handle it.

Re: SubtitleDownloader -project & My TVSeries

Well, I've got the my-tvseries version above installed, and installed the plugin and turned it on. It seems to have trouble finding any matches, and even when it does, and says it's downloaded them, they don't disply when I play the episode. Shouldn't we have a context menu option while the show is running to turn them on or off?

    EDIT:

Example, for Family guy, I can find several sources for subs. Even downloading multiple ones deosn't display. Hitting 'L' on the keyboard doesn't make them display either. My anime MKVs with embedded subs seem to work just fine.

After you have downloaded the subtitle, check that the subtitle file really exists in the same folder than your video file is.

If subtitle file is there and subtitles don't show up, it's MP configuration problem.

If subtitle file is not there but download phase reported subtitle retrieved, it's downloader problem.

Yep. subtitles are there, but MyTvseries deosn't display them or give me an option when I press 'I' called subtitles...

They work fine in Moving Pictures and My Anime though...

    EDIT:
I can confirm this is not an issue with StreamedMP. I also just tried Blue3Wide, and my F9 menu brings up no option in the list for subtitles, and L does nothing.

Well it seems there are two problems:

    1) Heroes S04 E12
Downloader queries Subscene with "heroes s04e12". This doesn't match to (badly) named subtitle "heroes.412" that you're missing.

    2) Terminator: Salvation (and other movies..)
Subscene doesn't seem to return all results for all languages if there's no preferred languages selected (you can select preferred languages when using the browser). This might be a bit hard to do programmatically, but possible..

I think bierdopje is broken again. When I do a search query it only finds the english subtitle, even though there is indeed a dutch subtitle. Downloading the subtitle works fine.

Anybody? Should I post this somewhere else?

What version of MP are you using? How is your subtitles configuration in MP? Are you using MPC integrated subtitles engine?

    Re: SubtitleDownloader 1.0

Where are the logs for this stored? I'm using it in combination with SubtitlesRetriever, and for some reason it's only finding English subtitles and no Dutch subtitles on bierdopje, even though the subs are available. I've tried all possible settings but it only finds the English subtitles available on bierdopje.
