    What I mean is: can you download and run TeamViewer so I can connect?

    It is free for personal use, and you don't have to install. Also no configuration required.
    1. Download and run the exe.
    2. Select run.
    3. Accept the license.
    4. Send me a PM with the numbers from "your ID" and "password", and I'll be able to connect.

    Hmmmm, it seems that the BDA core files (MSDVBNP.ax, BDAPlugin.ax etc.) for digital tuner support are missing from your PC. TV Server can't work without them.
    It looks like you installed a lot of updates including MS Security Essentials on 5 October. My guess is that one of these updates removed the files.
    I'm sorry but I can't think of any way to fix this problem without reinstalling Windows. :(

    Ahhhh, I found a way to install the BDA files from the service pack file cache in C:\Windows. I don't know how BDA got removed, but it is installed and working again now. :)
