Thumbnailer - creates automaticly thumbnails from videos and tv recordings (2 Viewers)

The thumbs should be in the same folder like the videos.

Have you this file on your mp installation > C:\Program Files\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\MovieThumbnailer\mtn.exe ?

Have you tryed to generate videos for standart mpg/avi files instead of flv files?

Please post your logfile.


Has any other similary problems with this version?
for me works fine with SD and HD content.

Hi MoPhat,

I checked the PlugIn now in three systems. In my mind the PlugIn is not working. No thumbnails are created on all three systems. Unfortunately I don't see any message in the logs. I checked thsi with avi, mpeg, flv wmv.

Nothing happens!

Here is a special version which does more log and display a console window while creating the thumbs...

please delete first all log files and start then MP, after that you can check your logs > post it here

I cannot seem to get this going either. Thumbnailer starts but then nothing.
I did everything suggested in the last 2 pages, I used the debug version posted.
