    - Can you post a screenshot of your screenshoter config?
    - Did you choosen the folder wheres the recordings are stored from tv-server?
    - Have you saved the plugin all the other stuff in your mediaportal\plugins\process folder?

    - DO not nake a folder in the procerss folder, do the plugin directly in it.

    thx

    Hi,
I find this plugin to be very useful. However, I realize that it cannot make thumbnails for mpeg files.
Is it true? is that a solution for this?

Sorry, I was not specific. It is for movies which I took with my camera. they are .mpg files (mpeg-1). In this same folder (to which I directed thombnailer) I had .avi file for them I got the thumbnail, but not for the .mpg files.

I've just started using the Thumbnailer process plugin for my h.264 TV recordings but am getting a strange grey background on most of them althought the occassional one works fine.

    Any help appreciated?

I have problem with wrong aspect ratio of thumbnails. All thumbnails are in 4:3 format. I haven't found any settings in plugin for aspect ratio ...

love this plugin, but what happened to the setting that allowed you to set an initial delay? I'm noticed a couple of times that its taking a long time to check through my video files at startup...

can we force thumbnails to be created for all files in the specified folders? It seems like the plugin is not functioning for me: I duplicated a video to simulate a file change (addition), but no thumbnail is created.
