it's hard to guess what is happening.
the cue file looks ok to me.
And the calculation of the start position is the same, if you play a complete album or a single track of it.
when you say, it is "sometimes" broken, do you mean "sometimes" this track, or is it always occuring with this track?

Hi!
I can nor reproduce it at the moment! It occures sometimes with any track, if i select it from the tracklist! For me it is not a big issue, because after stopping and restarting the track all is working fine! I only wanted to inform you about this small issue!

I was just tinkering with a few settings in the MediaPortal configuration and am happy to have found the cause of the problem.
Disabling the option "Single seat setup: force RTSP usage" under "TV/Radio", "Advanced Options" resolved the issue.
After I disabled this option, I was able to delete the recordings the first time...

I don't know about MP2 but as you said you tried MP1 too, how is the MP music config ?
MP(1) will only use LAV if you select "Internal DirectShow player" as music output, but then you lose gapless playback.

Ok, so perhaps a solution, but not the "right" solution. On the client, within media portal configuration, under TV settings, advanced options, I switched to UNC paths instead of the default RSS, and it's working very well. Sure I had to figure out the paths, but no big deal.
