Ok, I will. But, I am not very hopeful as I mentioned that I am running an old AMD graphics card that is no longer being updated with drivers. I last updated AMD drivers possibly 3 years, maybe before I started using TMM. So, no change on that front. No change on the java front, just updated TMM to the latest version. (The unspoken changes is that windows update could have brought new drivers in the interim as well.) This triggered the problem. Now, what should I think is causing the problem?

I updated (reinstalled) the old AMD drivers. And, it doesn't crash anymore!

Doesn't satisfactorily explain what triggered the issue, but at least there is a workaround.

Thank you again.

Hi mlaggner,

I have more information. I tried tMM and it offered an update to 3.0.2 from the 3.0.1 that I had. I agreed.

After updating, I had the LoadLibrary 72 error again. I reinstalled the AMD drivers and it is quiet.

This is exactly what happened earlier. I was offered an update and then, after updating, it started having the loadlibrary error.

So, there is a weird interaction with the update. Hopefully, it gives you some pointers as to what could be happening.

Slightly more information - I have been using RDP to log into this machine. So, the setup is: old AMD graphics card, login through RDP (which means that the graphics card is not being used, I believe - because I cannot bring up its control manager), update tMM and get the LoadLibrary error. I login directly (through the console) and don't get the error.

Thanks,
Sridhar

Is it possible that when files have multiple audio tracks to have tmm use a preferred track (either manually or better, automatically). For example, a few of my movies have a 1st audio track that is pcm stereo. However, there are other tracks available in 6ch DTS MA (or maybe 8ch Atmos, etc.) tmm (3.0.2) identifies those movies as only 2ch audio which then impacts display/ filtering/ renamer/ etc.

I noticed this behavior when I saw that some of my movies which I knew had high quality surround sound were being renamed as 2ch audio. I found a work around by manually searching for and deleting any lower quality tracks that were listed before the preferred audio track in the media information but I was hoping for a better solution.

Spotted an error within the latest Snapshot
When there are duplicated TV show episodes they disappear from the list:

    Series: Arrow
    File:____TV\Arrow\Season 1\
    arrow - S01E01 - title.mkv
    arrow - S01E01 - title.mp4

    List showing:
    Arrow >
    __Season 1>
    ____Episode 2 - title
    ____Episode 3 - title

Appear as 'New' briefly in the TV Series lists - but episode disappears when you try to view it.
Removing one of the duplicated files and it's all OK again.

Also noted that some movies and TV episodes don't get the ratings from IMDB - seems to be random - some do, some don't!
