Why are the labels for the titan tiles not positioned correctly inside the shadow box at the bottom of the tile? Can anyone show me how to correct this? Thanks!

It occurs when i'm trying to use the titan editor to modify the basic home page. If i use the default skin, everything is fine (but the tile images/apps aren't the correct ones i want to display). so i modify the titan skin by using the editor and that is when it messes up the label position.

I'm using Mediaportal 1.20 btw.

Just in case someone else runs into the same problem with the titan editor...

Fix: I modified BasicHome.xml in C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\skin\Titan\Themes\Extended One. i set the textypos values from 88 to 176 and that did the trick.

Well, I had already recognized your problem, but I still wanted to point out the basic connections once again. Unfortunately, I don't have a fundamentally different solution for you, but with this approach you should achieve your goal. ;) The idea of first setting the current genre colors with the defines is certainly a good one, as...

My bad, I misunderstood your post then :) Yeah, these things can get complicated really quickly. I remember scrapping some of my skin-improvement-ideas because I couldn't get these cross-dependencies sorted out.

Thanks guys. Ok, spent the (whole) weekend on this lol. First; TVHeadend/Kodi.... Nah. Given up on that - 'non-tech'; its horrible. 'Tech' - a few reasons but mostly that it is buggy. It is actually a real shame as it does have potential and promises a lot (was great to have Kodi on my phone and be able to watch live/recordings...
