As tourettes already explained you view this as a bug/error but it could actually be the intention of what multi image was made for in the first place.
So just hope that someone comes along and fixes it instead of making a big fuzz.

p.s.
MP uses scourceforge and their own svn server. Nothing to do with Google code

Ah, yes this is the one

I thought it was skin related, so i've opened the issue there. But since it occured in other skins as well, this should be a MP error.
