But... i've already rebuilded our test-release for 1.8 Final 3 times, so if there's only 1 frequency added, i suggest we do that for the next release (1.9 Pre Release). Users can always scan that frequency (or replace the file) manually if needed.
I'll move the posts into a new thread so it won't get lost

BDA compatibility mode is set to MediaPortal.
Advanced --- BDA driver set to InjectCVCT

thank you Sir, issue is definitely resolved now, i uninstalled the problematic MSE altogether, plus i also now have optimized EPG grabbing configuration, thanks again for all the assistance, wow so much faster on everything now that MSE is out of the picture...MP WAF is now restored and FetchTV STB sits in the corner collecting dust :)
