When I try to install the TV configuration in M2 i got this error - why?

do you mean MP2?
how do you install tv config? you can only install tv feature, not separate tv config tool - it is included in TV feature.

Can you explain in more detail what you do when you "install the TV configuration"? I assume you want to configure TV, correct?[DOUBLEPOST=1449845954][/DOUBLEPOST]Did you install MP2 parallel to an already existing MP1? If yes, did you stop the MP1 service?

no I have no MP1 installed, but can it be problems together with my Windows Media Center instatllation ? ( windows 10 )

I am confused. You can't have MCE installed if you run Windows 10, it would have been removed.

Can you please run the Log Collector and post the result here?

That's not the Problem as it would simply lead to no tuner being available for the MP2 TV Service.

However, the issue is here:

Your PC has changed its IP address but another IP addres has been written into the database before.

In the log I also see

Looks as if your PC is not getting IP addresses. Are you using a DHCP Server?

Lastly

Can you verify that Dokan is installed?

This was complicated - my IP : 192.186.0.106 as above. - I am not using DHCP, and what is Dokan ?
