Hi, pardon my ignorance, but I saw this programme used on a friends computer and tv and I'm pretty sure she used a remote control to access it. Where do I find instructions for setting up my remote?

Firstly does the receiver plug into a usb port or is something else involved.
Most remotes will do basic functions as hid device, left\right up\down select\enter, so that would be my first choice to try.
ps. selecting any remote option in MP will not break anything, so you could try the allowable options.
