    hi chris!

you have to delete the db first, then restore the backup.

programs/ms-sql-server2005/connect/databases/tv-library - right click, context menü/delete, isn t working. mayb ebecouse something is under use...so i can t delete it...
    nooo!!!!!
    not the files, the database!

use microsoft managemen studio express to connect to the SQL server and delete the TVLibrary db. :)

go to TV-Guide, select the in progress show -> context menu -> record -> stop recording

have searched but not found this point. is not in mp-setup, tv-server setup, mp-gui. but maybe i am blind:)

hm..the proplem is the the point tvlibrary contains some subdirs. i don t have found a file that was called tvlibrary.db or something. if i go no over tvlibrary/contextmenü/delte, it will also delete the subdirs and i get the is in use error-message again...

missunderstunding:) i know now what you mean. the stop record button in the main-gui of mytv. the proplem, was that i have had a shedule record running and did not have the option to stop it with this button....
i have changed something and the proplem seems to be (hopfully), solved.

    greetings

oh, have forgot to tell, that i have a other proplem atm;/
is mp able to play for example dvd`s that lay as .iso-file on the hd?
well, i have modified the mediaportal.xml. now it shows also .iso-files. but if i choose this dvd.iso, nothing happens...
