What is the purpose of the tvcards.xml file inside the TVLibrary source folder? And how does it interract with the process of building the tvcard's graph?

MP1 MP2 CEC Remote Plugin stops working after MP 1.35 upgrade DE

MP1 MP2 1.35 installation has deleted TuningParameters folder and xmltv.dtd file AGAIN! DE
