I just tried with 01.35.Rev12369 and I still get the problem.
Note, it only affects the OSD (Press 'Y').
Here are some caps - through VNC so ignore the partial updates -
Go to uicalib and set up as required - e.g. here I allow for CRT overscan by shrinking the UI.

Now you can see it is working ok for GUI.

In fact at this point everything is ok for OSD too.
But...
Now restart MP.
Go straight to TV and press Y for OSD : Notice it is not scaled correctly.

Go to uicalib page and just exit (don't need to reapply/adjust settings).
Now press X for full screen, Y for ODS and notice the OSD is correctly scaled/positioned.
