A few other functions are not available to be added like VOL UP, VOL DN, MUTE, etc. I assume there are other ways to make this happen.
The STB output volume remains fixed; only the PC volume changes. Therefore you do not need to learn commands like those.

When I preview, it will not change to the test channel.
This is a problem. Please post the log files I previously requested so that I can help.

Do I need to add all the channels in my line-up manually?
    No.
One step at a time please. First we have to get the test channels working correctly. After that we will add the full lineup with EPG.

Okay, the log says that the TV3 Blaster plugin knows that TV Server is changing channels, but it isn't using the blaster.

Is there a TV service error log?

If not, we're going to need to repeat the test with the IRSS log turned on.

I am unable to determine how to change the log executer to "ALL" like I did for MP2. Remember, I am now running MP1.

    Please answer my previous question:
Is there a TV service error log?

I am unable to determine how to change the log executer to "ALL" like I did for MP2. Remember, I am now running MP1.
    Open IRSS (input service) configuration.
    Click "advanced" up the top.
I think the log level setting should be in there.

    No.
The relevant IRSS log file is "IR Server.log".

For the 3rd time: is there a TV Server error log file?

When loading the Error log file, the computer will not let me copy it to the forum because it is "empty."[DOUBLEPOST=1443287481][/DOUBLEPOST]For the logging of IRSS , I had options of OFF, ERROR, WARN, INFO, DEBUG. I selected DEBUG.

    Thank you

According to these log files, the blaster is working correctly. However, both of your test channels appear to be configured with the same channel number:
    [2015-09-26 13:00:33,839] [Log ] [23 ] [INFO ] - analog: Tune:tv:Test 5 Freq:61250000 Channel:5 Country:United States Tuner:Cable Video:Tuner Audio:Tuner
    [2015-09-26 12:55:13,409] [Log ] [54 ] [INFO ] - analog: Tune:tv:Test 8 Freq:61250000 Channel:5 Country:United States Tuner:Cable Video:Tuner Audio:Tuner

Therefore they will receive the same channel. Please fix the channel number for "Test 8" and try again.
