I am going to call it a night.... Please help figure out what happened, post what you want me to do, and then I will update you tomorrow. Thanks!
    Did you see my question?
To me the message says either:
    1. MP2 Server is not running.
    2. You have a firewall preventing TV Server Configuration from talking to MP2 Server.

Hey mm1352000!! Are you available tonight? I have been able to fix the firewall problem. Once I fixed the firewall, I rebooted the computer, and now all four test channel are working. What is the next step you want me to do? I can work on this for about an hour...

    Hello

Can you please be more specific about what you mean by "tonight". Remember that I am in New Zealand and you are in America so "tonight" means different things. Right now it is 1 PM on Friday for me.

What is the next step you want me to do?
I still want the full log files please. This first stage is absolutely crucial, and I will not proceed until I'm 100% confident that it is working as expected.

I ran the MP2 Log Collector executable and it gave me this file. Is this what you want?
By the way, I am in Michigan State of the USA. I am on Eastern Daylight Time currently making it 9pm at THURSDAY NIGHT. :)
I have to get up early tomorrow, that's why I only have a short amount of time tonight.

    Yes, that's perfect. (y)

Now I can see that each time you tune, the correct frequency override is applied:

So, next step is to get the blaster working.
    You have IRSS installed, right?
Have you attempted to configure either IRSS or the TV3 Blaster plugin at all?

I installed IRSS but have done nothing else.[DOUBLEPOST=1443143461][/DOUBLEPOST]Under the IRSS folder (a the START MENU), there are nine different applications that appear.[DOUBLEPOST=1443144052][/DOUBLEPOST]I double checked and the USB-UIRT unit is active and loaded with the proper driver from the USB-UIRT website.

    Okay.

This is one part of configuration where I'm not able to give you 100% precise instructions because I've never used IRSS myself. However I know enough to give you "approximate" directions.

First you have to configure IRSS (the input service) itself. So, open IRSS Configuration. It should look something like this:
    http://wiki.team-mediaportal.com/@api/deki/files/240/=configuration.png?size=webview

In the USB-UIRT row, ensure that "transmit" is ticked. If you intend to use the USB-UIRT as a remote control receiver as well then you also need to tick "receive".
I think the default configuration for the input service (to run as a service) and the USB-UIRT should be okay, so that should be all that's required within IRSS configuration.

    Now open TV Server Configuration.
    Go to the plugins section.
Enable (tick) the TV3 Blaster plugin.
Close TV Server Configuration and restart MP2 Server.
    Open TV Server Configuration again.
Expand the plugins section on the left.
Go into the TV3 Blaster plugin sub-section.
On the first tab ("plugin setup") click "change server" and select your PC (ie. the PC which IRSS is installed on).
Click "STB setup". This is where most of the IRSS configuration needs to happen.
Go to the tab for the tuner that your STB is connected to. This is the tuner that you mapped the test channels to.

    ...more instructions to follow...

As you can see, in TV Server Config, TV3 Blaster Plug-in is not present. Suggestion?
