But that's no problem. 1.4 is running well if you install MySQL 5.6 yourself...

so all is working if i just manually install 5.6, nothing else needs altering, if thats the case i will do this with the release of 1.4 final which im hopeful will be here this week.

Pushing this thread up reminds me to give some feedback, as I have promised.

So upgrading from 1.3 didn't worked properly for me. MySQL wasn't updated.
On second atemp MP was reinstalled and MySQL switched from 5.1 to 5.6. But this resulted somehow to an broken database.
Only after I uninstalled everything and made an clean install all went well and is working without any Problem.

I uploaded some log files. I do not know, if it will help in any kind of way.

Did you try on very latest installer ?

Yes, it was the latest Version that is still in full installer link.


EDIT: Little off topic question: do someone using "episodenscanner" with MySQL 5.6?

Does this need more testing and if yes what needs to be tested (standard installation is enough?)
