I'm using IIS v7.5.7600.

I kind of found the issue. I use basic verification. When I enable anonymous verification, there is no problem. Basic verification did work with v0.5.2, I didn't even have to log into WebMP anymore which was great. Now I have to login twice (1: basic, 2: webmp). I actually used Windows-verification back then I think.

And I've found some sort of solution. I can disable basic verification for WebMP only.. But still, loading these css/js files should work when logged in using basic verification, doesn't it?

Thanks, I'm going to look at it. Might be something related to the skin changes in 0.5.3 and IIS v7.5, I've only tested it on v7.0.

Well I would be willing to try if it's not too difficult. Just let me know what the process looks like and if it is indeed over my head, I'll ask some of the JMM devs to help me out

Hello, I am a new user, I must say this is great work you are doing.
Can you please help me and is there a solution, I would like to change aspect ratio of stream but I cannot seem to manage that.
I tried everything, created a new streaming profile in StreamingProfiles.xml but with no luck.
I am using iphone 5 that has bigger screen and I would like to stream accross entire screen. When I enlarge this stream then upper and down end are trimmed away. So I need aspect ratio help.

The streams use the same aspect ratio as the source material. So if the source material isn't 16:9, you won't get a 16:9 stream either.

Im having troubles with using the search function.

for example:

If i browse to Series The Wire and select Season 4 and then episode 5 named alliances i get all the data ... (url looks like this http://localhost:8081/TVShowsLibrary/Details?episode=79126_4x5)

if i use the search feature and search for string "alliances", search finds all the episodes named episodes including the episode i wish to play - Alliances (The Wire 4x5). All good so far. However when i click o this episode i get error "Page not found Sorry, the page you requested doesn't exist. ". Url is http://localhost:8081/TVShowsLibrary/Details?episode=308839

this happens for any search results that is an episode. If i click on the result which is TV Series (if i for example search for the word "the") it opens a TV series normally URL - http://localhost:8081/TVShowsLibrary/Seasons?show=79126

No, skewing material isn't supported and probably won't be.

Before i ask, please excuse any misunderstanding i may have about how things work in this plugin. i have a few linux computers and it would be nice if i could use them to view the content on mediaportal. now i know that there will never be a linux client, and i know i can watch the streams on linux anyways. what my question is....is there any way to create a "Playlist" containing all the stream channels, so that vlc or similar could be used as a client? My uneducated mind feels like its not that far from whats already there, so i would think it would not be too difficult to do this. is there any way i can do this? is there any help i could offer for someone else to do this?

Yes, that's a good idea. It's not implemented in MPExtended at the moment, but it shouldn't be too hard. I think we've actually planned it for 0.6. Meanwhile, if you've some development experience you can implement it yourself (it shouldn't be too hard), or you can create the playlist file manually. If you download the playlist file for a few channels, concatenate them together and make the continuationId parameter the same for each link (doesn't matter which value), I think it should work out-of-the-box.
