I am having the exact same issue as above including the not being able to access the plugin section. If I uninstall Streamed MP the plugin issue goes away.

I am having the exact same issue as above including the not being able to access the plugin section. If I uninstall Streamed MP the plugin issue goes away.
I had the same issue, it was Online Videos that needed to be updated after installing v1.4 after that it works.

Update from 1.21 to 1.31 or 1.32 - no live TV with MP, recording and playing is working - solved

It's working after some hours search: the Auto3D plugin which I haven't used for years was corrupting the start of the TV live stream from server to MP.
If anyone has a similar problem - disable all old plugins and then enable one after another :-)
