Is there any way to get MP to auto populate the channel numbers for Virgin Media?

Not without code changes.
We would need to examine a transport stream dump from Virgin Media to see if and how they transmit their channel numbers.

So I have to manually input all the channel numbers? , any plugins that could help me?

If MPTVAdmin (patch in post 23) or Enigma2 Settings Importer still work, then you could import a channel bouquet from one the forums for those STBs.

I've just done them all manually. I've exported them all, I can upload it if it will help? A plugin really needs to be developed to overcome this.

What would be even better would be if TV Server could pick them up without a plugin.

Any chance of grabbing a TS packet dump as described in my previous post?

Ideally a channel that is carried on the "home" transmitter (...which is the transmitter that carries full channel information). You may not know which transmitter that is. In that case, just grab a dump from any channel. 30 seconds maximum please. I'm only on a small internet cap.
