I get the same thing also.

I don't get the tsreader.log file in c:\ as someone here said that i should though. Could it be a security issue, meaning that it can't write/create the file ?

hm, it is interesting that you don't have vmr9.log. i assume you are using latest svn? i will install the mp4 splitter today and try to reproduce your problem.

it seems that there is something wrong with the current svn snapshot builds, since it does work with my local build, but not when i install the snapshot.

edit: in the meantime you can try my build of dshowhelper.dll to see if it fixes the problem.

I will try your .dll and test again but currrently like others I'm getting the 1st frame of the video and then it freezes although audio continues to work.

edit: in the meantime you can try my build of dshowhelper.dll to see if it fixes the problem.

You only included the sourcefiles.
