Hey, Installed TV Engine3 but I still had the same problem then I found this link

Under General Settings I changed Time Out to 2mins and Refrsh to 3mins, now it seems to work fine.

Thank you for the info and especially for your time. I've ordered a HDHomerun Flex Duo 2. I'm using a mini PC for TV, it's too small to fit any card from TBS. If I remove all the IP cards in the TVServer setup and then add them back I can scan the M3u and tune the stations but if I rescan it on the same card it just keeps updating the 1 channel. My brain is melting.........

I suspected that might be the case, It was a process, and plenty of opportunities with mobo upgrade/cloning system drive, increasing share drive capacities and OS upgrade, all going on. I did a reinstall and restored user files, after everything settled in, and the issue seems to have gone away.
