Gone back to 11.4.... Still saw slight stuttering every so often with 11.9. My rule now: "if it ain't broke, don't fix it".

EDIT: False alarm by the looks of it, 11.9 is good. Still sticking with 11.4 for as long as i have to though.

Quick warning - installed Cat 11.10 on my Win7-64 with HD6450 test system - it broke DXVA hardware acceleration unless 'enforce smooth video' option was enabled

There are reports of this problem on other forums too.

Going back to 11.9....

I installed 11.11 last night, and so far-so good.

I do have "enforce smooth video" enabled, so I don't know if your DXVA problem remains or not.

Seems to work ok (bar the odd microstutter but no dropped frames).

Just got a new card (6540) as I needed HDMI. The 11.11 drivers gave me total corruption of Channel 4 HD. Reverted to 11.4 as everyone seems to agree they are best. Works fine, all channels and video perfect (using MS codecs)

I have also now seen problems with corruption of some HD content (.m2ts file).

I have reverted to 11.4 also.

i want to know an old ati driver that work, and also a newer one then 11.4 that work.

With 9.8, 10.2,10.4, 10.5,10.6- with these i have hd artifacts.

AFAIK 11.4 is the latest that doesn't cause any problems. The latest is more or less ok but I still see occasional glitches when changing channels.
