At the Moment the Webradio not use the WMA plugin. I thing that's is the Problem.
All BBC Stations have a .asx link. (Inside mms Streams).
I'm on vacation. Up to 9.12.
After that, I'll look at that.

Be the beginning of the year, BBC no longer using .asx links.
So I could add 89 new BBC stations.


Please use the new Version in Plugins.

Just tried the new version (well, I have never tried any of them before).
The hidden menu does not get the Setup as discribed in
https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/threads/mediaportal-2-updates-mp2-blog.117782/page-2#post-1034092
I attempted to create a filter based on United States - Chicago.
Clicked the button to create the filter and it did not appear to do anything

Also, when using the menus to find a setting like United States, Once you use a keyboard to get to a location, the mouse wheel does not work anymore... to get farther down the list you must use Page Down or Page Up



Last, can you add the Chicago Country station US99

Tried it and BBC stations are now working well! Many thanks.
Just one question, Is the source for the streams direct from the BBC or via a 3rd party? The reason I ask is that whilst the majority of BBC radio content is worldwide free, Radio 5 Live Sports is often UK only and the way round this via a DNS server only works for an actual direct BBC source.

You can edit the Streamlist. "C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MP2-Client\Webradio\StreamList.xml"
But, in then Moment not all Typs of Streams or Working with the Bassplayer.
After a restart, are the new Streams available. Thats all.

@joecrow The direct BBC streams are available only with the original BBC IPlayer Radio.

@breese To create a permanent filter, Go SETTINGS -> PLUGINS -> WEBRADIO -> FILTER
Your attached picture shows the Quickfilter. This is only for the current session.
Select CITY -> Chicago. Now only streams from Chicago visible.

For the Chicago Country station US99 i need a working streamurl and any other Informations.
You can create and test it self.
Each stream looks like this.

Actually, Choosing United States and all the citys are auto-selected.

Go back to Home and WebRadio
Filter by my Saved Filter (US Channels)
Add a filter for Genre - Country
All Country stations for the entire world list comes up....

Go back and reload my saved filter
Do a search for 99
Gives me a list for all world channels with 99 in them

Right. This is not possible.
But I'm going to put this into the next version.

I cannot get it to work on the Summer Release.
I unzipped it into C:\Program Files (x86)\Team MediaPortal\MP2-Client\Plugins
as described, but the button just does not show up in the menu.
Any idea, what is wrong here?
