1. Ability to send IR-commands to eg. a cable decoder to sitch channel etc. before recording.
2. Ability to dock an iPod, and directly play its files from MP.

Well heres my 3, dunno weather their possible or not but still...

Multiple Monitor Support but active... IE, if im using Media portal it will be displayed on my TV and my monitor will be displayed with a screensaver, if im not using media portal... the other way round!
